Duty Free for private non-EU customers
In our store we offer various solutions for non-EU customers. For our customers coming from outside Europe, we manage the VAT exemption through the STAMP platform, interfaced with the OTELLO system of the Italian Customs Agency.

Go to Customs
Go to the EU Customs office with the goods still unused to validate the invoice. You do not need to go to the tax refund kiosks.

Send proof of validation
If EU Customs stamps the invoice on paper, send us a photo of it.

Bon voyage!
Once you receive the confirmation message, the process is complete and you can leave the EU territory.
Duty Free for non-EU businesses and professionals
Sales to non-EU business customers who visit our store in person are managed with a VAT advance as a deposit, until the customs clearance and export of goods from Italian territory. Upon receipt of adequate documentation, a bank transfer will be issued for the VAT deposit refund.
We do not offer customs clearance management services for foreign business customers. VAT-exempt purchases are only available to customers who come to the store in person and directly manage the customs clearance and export of goods from EU territory.
